  I moved into my apartment December 10th. Andrew who was the person whom I signed my lease with was kinda rushing to give me paperwork and didn't go over the paperwork at all. Since I have been in my apartment there has been problem after problem after problem. I feel like these apartments are not worth the money even though i only pay 785 i feel as if these are not even worth the 700`s. Trash is always overflowing in the front which is ridiculous. Makes you not even want to invite company to your place because of how the main entrance looks. Right next to my is a area where it looks like people started to throw their trash its horrible, i cannot stay here until December of this year i am looking to break my lease already. I only put 1 start because it was required in order to post. I have not gotten nothing positive out this place.

  The new “fields” management is terrible. We’re paying for a gated community, the gate hasn’t work properly since they took over around oct of 2017, it’s January 2018 and we still have 3-4 cars coming behind us when we open the gate with our card! Gate Community.... what sense does it make to have the gate open the entire day when we’re at work, and close them when we get home??? Hey robbers.... come on in please, everyone is at work ! They took a drawer out our apartment to get “replaced” three weeks ago, when we call for an update... we get constant attitudes and no concrete answers.... maintenance man left our eating utensils on the counter..... trash overflowing at the entrance for over a week.... $1200 rent for this....I wish we could vote for zero stars! Channel 2 action news you say! ***1/29/18 - I asked the manager if they were replacing the arms that was in front of the gate to deter random people from coming in and her response was “no they’re not replacing the arms because it cost $500, and that’s too much” mind you everyone is paying over $1000 in rent and this is a large property! I’m reaching out to the property owners first thing in the AM***
